Threats |
| Most of this species' habitat has been lost to crop cultivation and only small remnants remain. These continue to be degraded due to overgrazing, inappropriate fire management and spreading alien invasive plants. |
Population |
A very rare species known from a few, scattered records. Recent field observations indicate that subpopulations occur on small, isolated remnants of lowland fynbos and renosterveld.
