Justification | This lithophytic or terrestrial species is widespread in South Africa and has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 34 572 km². It occurs at the Pondoland centre of endemism with an isolated record in Western Cape. There are between 16 and 23 locations. Although it is at risk of illegal harvesting it does not yet meet any of the criteria for a category of threat. It is therefore listed as Least Concern. |
