Description
It occurs in open grassland or shaded places among shrubs and trees. It persists in severely degraded and overgrazed areas.

Aloe immaculata is not threatened in its natural habitat (Van Wyk and Smith 2003).

Aloe immaculata is locally abundant. The population is not suspected to be declining.
